Innovating at Pace to Build Supply Chain Resilience
The food system will go through a massive transformation over the next decade. Whether future systems are regenerative, vertical, local or global, innovation and technology are key to building more resilient and sustainable supply chains. This session will explore material risks within food supply chains as well as the role of protein diversification, food technology, vertical farming, and blockchain in future systems. It will also explore how stakeholders in the food system can collaborate to accelerate data-driven traceability and transparency across complex supply chains that is widely accessible and democratized. Finally, it will address the role of policy support and investment that create an enabling environment.
