As part of;World Antimicrobial Awareness Week 2020, the FAIRR Initiative—in collaboration with the Access to Medicine Foundation, the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and the UK Department of Health & Social Care—is delighted to invite you to a virtual event on The Materiality of Superbugs: Investor Action on Antimicrobial Resistance.

The event, which takes place on Monday, 23 November at 17:00 (GMT), will celebrate the first Investor Partners of the Investor Action on AMR Initiative. This was launched at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos in January 2020.

In addition to a keynote address by Dame Sally Davies, UK Special Envoy on AMR, there will also be a panel discussion moderated by Fiona Reynolds, CEO of PRI, examining this issue from a “One Health” perspective. We will discuss the initiative’s plans for the future, as well as how and why investors should join this important initiative.
