Naomi has joined us as our new People & Culture Manager in December 2024. She will be providing invaluable support to the Data & Research Team, Communications and Marketing team, JCF team, and Finance to name a few.

Working at FAIRR 

Naomi will lead our Learning & Development efforts by identifying training needs and implementing programs that enhance our team's skills and capabilities, ensuring we are well-prepared for future challenges. She will work closely with the People & Culture Director and senior leaders to align our people initiatives with the Foundation’s objectives, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach to our workforce development.

Supporting employee relations, Naomi will play a key role in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment. In overseeing talent acquisition and retention, she will ensure we attract and retain individuals who are passionate about our cause, strengthening our team with dedicated professionals.

Naomi will also be responsible for developing policies that comply with legal requirements and best practices, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our organization. Additionally, she will guide teams through organisational changes and new initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effectively managing the people aspect of these shifts. Lastly, she will work to design and enhance performance management systems and create a career progression framework, supporting the professional growth and success of our team.

Experience 

Naomi is an experienced Senior HR Business Partner and has acquired experience working in various sectors in both public and private from start-ups to large specialist organisations with over 40,000 employees. Sectors she has worked in include finance, legal, media, railway, and charities. Naomi has a passion for the industry and mentors those seeking to enter the world of HR. Naomi is also an HR Trustee for a female-led charity organisation.
