Henry joined FAIRR in January 2025 as a Research Manager for Climate within the Research and Engagements team.

Working at FAIRR

In this role, Henry is focussing on the financial materiality of water risk to the food and agriculture sector. He is developing a quantitative tool on water—which will characterize the material risk to the profits of major livestock companies. Henry is also working on expanding FAIRR’s Climate Risk Tool to assess the impact of climate-related costs and opportunities in the sector.

Experience

Henry has extensive experience working on resource security and the intersection of climate and nature risks.

Before joining FAIRR, he worked at Chatham House as a researcher on closing the investment gap for Nature-based Solutions in developing countries and on the geopolitical implications of policy, innovation and investment in the food and land-use sectors.

Prior to this, he worked at Greenovation Hub in Beijing, investigating the climate- and nature-related risks of infrastructure investments as part of the Belt and Road Initiative. He studied Physics at Imperial College London.
