Gaia joined FAIRR in August 2024 as Events Manager, within the Marketing and Communications department.
She is a seasoned event coordinator with more than ten years of experience. Gaia has a proven track record of delivering seamless and successful events across NGO, commercial, start-up, and hospitality industries.
Most recently, Gaia curated Climate Bonds Initiative’s suite of conferences in her role of Events Executive, showcasing strong and creative organisational skills, attention to detail and a deep commitment to sustainability.
Her career highlights include leading the events and hospitality department at Williams Lea, establishing the commercial events offer, CRM, marketing procedures and day-to-day operations for several London-based start-ups, and managing vast productions and teams across the hospitality industry.
