Kate joined FAIRR in October 2021. She leads the design process and creation of FAIRR-branded collateral, while also driving video content creation and ensuring a cohesive brand presence across social media platforms.
Working at FAIRR
Kate actively participates in events alongside the wider FAIRR team, filming panel discussions and conducting stakeholder interviews to capture insights on advancing sustainable investment practices. In leading the creation of video content, Kate ensures that it aligns with FAIRR's brand identity, thus maintaining a consistent and professional image.
Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in in-house design by crafting visually engaging assets for insights and social media and providing guidance on branding elements to uphold FAIRR's visual identity. Beyond this, Kate oversees FAIRR’s social media channels, managing the output to maximise engagement and reach.
Experience
Kate has previous work experience in communications at Amnesty International, as well as experience working on a research project examining urban agriculture as a means to enhance sustainable food systems in Kampala, Uganda.
She holds a BA in Management and French from King’s College London and an MSc in Development Administration and Planning from UCL. During her master’s, she investigated the link between responsible business practices and development in developing nations, researching working conditions across tea plantations in Kenya.
