Meena has joined FAIRR in October 2024 and will lead our fundraising efforts and develop our monitoring and evaluation (impact evaluation) frameworks to support our continued growth.

Meena will focus on building and strengthening donor relationships, managing key partnerships, and driving strategic funding initiatives. She will also spearhead the creation of robust impact assessment strategies to enhance our ability to monitor and evaluate our work.
Experience
Meena brings over 17 years of experience in business development and marketing in private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She joins us from Carbon Tracker, where she led development strategies, expanding donor partnerships and designed and implemented impact evaluation framework. Prior to that, she held senior roles at European Climate Foundation and Tellus Mater Foundation, managing grants and grantee relationships and setting up a new 501c3 entity, RethinkX. Her private sector experience includes Shell, where she launched Shell Graduate Employer Brand in India, which won AC Nielsen Award as one of the top 5 employers at the end of its first year of operations in 2007.
