Emily is an Investor Outreach Analyst at the FAIRR Initiative, where she supports the Outreach team to strengthen and expand FAIRR’s global investor network.  

Working at FAIRR 

Emily contributes to FAIRR’s Investor Outreach work by coordinating investor-focused communications, supporting engagement strategies, and preparing investor-facing materials.

Experience 

Prior to this, Emily was an ESG Analyst Intern on the Research & Engagement team within the Biodiversity workstream at FAIRR. Her work focused on supporting Waste & Pollution and Sustainable Aquaculture engagements, wherein her core responsibilities included conducting research and analysis of global pork, poultry and salmon aquaculture producers. 

Emily holds a BA in Sociology from McGill University with minors in Communications and Social Entrepreneurship. During her studies, she strengthened her understanding of social, environmental, and institutional change, specifically through her research on the social and environmental impacts of large-scale fisheries on coastal communities of eastern Canada.
